These Terms and Conditions and any other policies or regulations of the Site (as defined below), constitute a legal agreement between you (“you” or the “User” or the "Client") and Uhrtografie. “(“Caliber-sg” or “we”) and govern the use of the www.caliber-sg.com website (the “Site”). Account

You shall take sole responsibility for creating your account and / or password and maintaining their confidentiality. You shall bear responsibility for any activity taking place under your account and password. Caliber-sg reserves the right to cancel, remove or modify the content of an account. By creating an account our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and the latest. We will not be held responsible for any loss or error related to inaccurate information about your account or the use of your account by someone other than you. Please contact us immediately in case of unauthorised use of your account or password or if you suspect any other security breach.

Return Policy

We a have 7 days of return/replacement coverage unless otherwise stated in the product information. Please note that we only exchange goods that are unused and without personalisation. If a discount has been applied to the goods, they will not be exchangeable or refundable unless there is a production defect which is then covered by the 1 year warranty. Should you receive a defective item, please send an email to hola@caliber-sg.com with more information about the defect. Please be sure to describe as accurate and detailed as possible, what the defect is. We do not cover any damages due to wear and tear, only manufacturing defects are covered and the defects will have to be inspected by us prior to any refund approval.

Watch Sourcing

Caliber-sg agrees to assist the Client in sourcing specific watches ("Watches") based on the Client's provided preferences and requirements. We will use our expertise and network to locate potential sources for the requested Watches, including but not limited to dealers, distributors, auctions, and private sellers. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the desired Watches, including brand, model, condition, budget, and any other relevant details. The Client is responsible for making all final decisions regarding the purchase of Watches, including verifying authenticity, condition, and any other aspects relevant to their satisfaction. The Client agrees to pay the Company a sourcing fee as agreed upon in advance. This fee covers the Company's efforts to locate suitable Watches based on the provided preferences. Additional fees, such as shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes and authentication, may apply and will be communicated to the Client before finalising the purchase.

 

The availability of requested Watches cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on external factors such as market conditions, supplier availability, and other circumstances beyond the our control.We will provide the Client with information about potential Watches, including pricing, condition, and source details. However, the final decision to purchase rests with the Client. The Company will be responsible for facilitating the purchase of selected Watches, through direct communication with sellers, negotiation of terms, and coordination of payments. The Client acknowledges that all transactions for Watches will be transacted through Uhrtografie and upfront payment will be collected, either in whole or a deposit. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees for the authenticity, condition, or performance of Watches sourced on behalf of the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to conduct due diligence and seek appropriate warranties from us.

The Client acknowledges that the Company is acting as an intermediary and does not take responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or legality of Watches sourced. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the provision of Services. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the provision of Services. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice to the Client. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Watch Servicing

Caliber-sg agrees to facilitate the process of arranging watch servicing for the Client's timepieces ("Watches") through authorised service centers or reputable watchmakers. We will use our expertise and network to liaise with service centers or watchmakers on behalf of the Client to arrange for watch servicing, repairs, and maintenance. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the Watches requiring servicing, including brand, model, condition, service history, and any specific issues or requirements. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Watches provided for servicing are authentic and legal to possess. The Client is responsible for the costs associated with watch servicing, including service fees, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges. The Client agrees to pay Caliber-sg a handling fee for coordinating the watch servicing as agreed upon in advance. This fee covers our efforts to liaise with service centers or watchmakers on behalf of the Client. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy of cost estimates provided by service centers or watchmakers. The final servicing costs may vary from initial estimates.

 

We will communicate with authorized service centers or watchmakers to arrange for the servicing of Watches and provide the Client with service estimates, turnaround times, and any relevant information provided by the service centers or watchmakers. We are not responsible for the actual watch servicing, repair, or maintenance. The services are performed by authorized service centers or watchmakers. The Client acknowledges that the quality of the servicing and any warranties or guarantees provided are the responsibility of the service centers or watchmakers. We are acting solely as an intermediary and do not assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of watch servicing performed by service centers or watchmakers. Therefore we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the provision of Services. All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the provision of Services. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice to the Client. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice.
