What is you company's profile?

We are a Singapore based e-commerce and our parent company is called Uhrtografie (UEN 53472076E), where Uhr means watch in German. We also have our own local warehouse and we operate based on a hot desk model.

How long will my order take to reach me?

If you have ordered our watch boxes without personalisation, we will have it shipped out within 1-2 working days and you should receive it in the next 2-3 working days. If you have opted for personalisation, we will need 4-5 working days to prepare your personalised watch box before shipping out.

Is there warranty for my products?

All watch boxes come with a 1-year warranty by Caliber.  Please retain your proof of purchase when raising any issues with us. We do not cover any damages due to wear and tear, only manufacturing defects are covered and the defects will have to be inspected by us.

How does your watch photography service work?

This is a value-added service for customers who engaged us to source or consign their watches to us.  For more information, please write to us at hola@caliber-sg.com and we can work out a custom package for you.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer free shipping within Singapore. While we are working hard to also have our products shipped overseas, do reach out to us directly and we can work something out for customers based outside of Singapore.

What if I changed my mind about my order?

If you changed your mind before your order is being shipped out, we can assist you to cancel it.  However, if your order has been shipped out, we will have to impose any related charges incurred to take back your watch box. Please write to us asap at hola@caliber-sg.com. Personalised watch boxes are strictly non-refundable.

What is your Return Policy, if any?

Our Return Policy allows you to return only Watch Box products within 7 days of having received it. The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. We do not cover shipping for products being returned. Personalised watch boxes and watches being sourced are strictly non-returnable.

How can I personalised my Watch Box?

We have provided steps in our product page and each watch box is manually personalised. This service is being offered by our Business Partner.

Where are your watches sourced and how are they sold?

We will have a contract in place when you consign your watches to us. For watch sourcing, we normally try to source locally, either from authorised dealers or resale shops. We assure our customers  that the watches are of the said conditions and will only go ahead when a price is agreed upon by all parties, contractually.
